1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and spinplay Casino ("spinplay," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the spinplay Casino website, mobile platform, and all associated services (collectively, the "Platform").

2 Eligibility & Age Verification

Access to and participation in real-money gaming on the spinplay Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied simultaneously:

1. Age: You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of spinplay. This requirement is imposed by Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations and cannot be waived under any circumstances.

spinplay reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage of your relationship with the Platform, including at registration, before processing any withdrawal, or at any time when spinplay has reasonable cause to verify your eligibility. Consequences of underage access: Any account found to have been registered by or used by a person under twenty-one (21) years of age will be immediately and permanently closed. All deposits and any winnings associated with such an account will be forfeited in full and will not be returned. spinplay may report underage gambling incidents to PAGCOR and relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities.

3 Account Registration

To access real-money gaming on spinplay, you must complete the registration process and create a verified account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number, and email address.

You represent and warrant that all information provided during registration and subsequently updated is truthful and accurate. spinplay reserves the right to close any account where information is found to be false, incomplete, or misleading, and to forfeit any balance held in such account.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your spinplay account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication methods linked to your account. You agree to immediately notify spinplay via our official support channels if you become aware of any unauthorized access to your account. spinplay shall not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized account access where you have failed to maintain adequate security over your credentials.

Account credentials are personal to you and may not be shared with, transferred to, or used by any other person. spinplay reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account where shared or transferred access is detected.

4 Deposits & Payments

All financial transactions on the spinplay Platform are conducted in Philippine Pesos (PHP) unless explicitly stated otherwise in connection with specific cryptocurrency deposit methods. spinplay supports deposits via GCash, Maya (PayMaya), BPI bank transfer, BDO bank transfer, UnionBank InstaPay, 7-Eleven Cliqq, USDT TRC20, and Coins.ph. Available payment methods and their respective limits are displayed in the Cashier section of your account dashboard.

The minimum deposit on spinplay is PHP 100. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment channel and are subject to change without prior notice. Deposits made using GCash and Maya are processed in real time. Bank transfer deposits may take 5 to 60 minutes depending on the originating institution and network conditions.

spinplay does not accept deposits from third parties. Deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name and verified during the KYC process. Deposits originating from an unverified third-party payment method will be held pending investigation and may be refunded to the originating source, less any applicable bank charges.

spinplay reserves the right to request evidence that any deposited funds are from a legitimate source and that the depositing player is the rightful owner of the funding method used. Failure to provide satisfactory evidence may result in account suspension and referral to relevant authorities.

• Bank transfer fees, where applicable, are charged by the originating bank and are not within spinplay's control.
• Cryptocurrency transactions are subject to network gas fees charged by the respective blockchain network.
• spinplay reserves the right to introduce deposit fees on specific channels with prior notice to affected players.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests on spinplay are subject to the following standard conditions:

1. KYC Completion: Full KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed. This is a PAGCOR regulatory requirement and applies to all players without exception.
2. Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is PHP 200. Requests below this threshold will not be processed.
3. Processing Times: spinplay processes GCash and Maya withdrawals within 5 to 30 minutes for verified accounts under normal operating conditions. spinplay reserves the right to delay, hold, or decline withdrawal requests where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, violation of these Terms, or where additional verification is required for compliance purposes. 6 Bonuses & Promotions

spinplay offers bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, and other incentive programs from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions communicated at the point of each promotion, which are incorporated into this Agreement by reference.

Unless otherwise specified in the applicable promotion terms, the following general bonus conditions apply on spinplay:

• Bonus funds are credited to the player's account upon fulfilment of any qualifying deposit or other conditions specified in the promotion.
• Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as real cash.
• Wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible games, and time limits are specified in each promotion's individual terms.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to using multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, using VPNs to circumvent geographical restrictions, or employing low-risk betting strategies to fulfil wagering requirements — will result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings, and may result in account closure.
• spinplay reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• In the event of a conflict between general bonus terms and the terms of a specific promotion, the terms of the specific promotion prevail.

7 Game Rules & Fair Play

All games offered on the spinplay Platform are subject to their individual game rules as communicated within each game interface. In the event of a conflict between individual game rules and this Agreement, this Agreement prevails except where the game rules specifically address a matter not covered herein.

spinplay uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all applicable games. All RNG systems are audited by independent third-party testing laboratories. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are accurate at the time of publication and reflect the long-term theoretical payout rate; they do not guarantee specific outcomes for any individual session.

• Using a payment method not registered in your own name for deposits or withdrawals.

9 Responsible Gaming

spinplay is committed to promoting responsible gaming as both a legal obligation under PAGCOR regulations and as a core operational value. The spinplay Platform provides the following responsible gaming tools, all accessible directly through your account settings dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Limits take effect immediately upon setting. Reducing an existing limit takes effect immediately; increasing a limit is subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period before taking effect.

10 Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the spinplay Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with this Agreement. This licence does not extend to:

Any unauthorised use of spinplay intellectual property constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in legal action under applicable Philippine law.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, spinplay's total aggregate liability to you arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall be limited to the total value of the deposits you have made to your spinplay account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the liability.

spinplay shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the spinplay Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity, even if spinplay has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

spinplay does not warrant that the Platform will be continuously available, error-free, or that it will meet your specific requirements. Planned maintenance, unplanned outages, and third-party connectivity issues may affect Platform availability. spinplay will use commercially reasonable efforts to minimise downtime and will communicate planned maintenance windows in advance.

Nothing in this Agreement excludes or limits spinplay's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

12 Termination & Suspension

spinplay reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of this Agreement.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe upon request.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or violation of PAGCOR regulations.
• Provision of false or misleading information at any stage of your use of the Platform.
• Engagement in prohibited conduct as defined in Section 8 of this Agreement.
• Receipt of a court order, regulatory direction, or law enforcement request requiring account action.

Where spinplay closes your account due to a breach of this Agreement, any balance in your account at the time of closure may be withheld pending investigation and may ultimately be forfeited if the breach is confirmed. Where spinplay closes your account for reasons not constituting a breach by you, your available real-money balance will be returned to you via your verified withdrawal method within a reasonable timeframe.

You may close your spinplay account at any time by contacting our support team through the live chat function. Upon closure, any available real-money balance will be processed for withdrawal to your verified payment method. Pending withdrawal requests will be completed in accordance with standard processing timelines.

13 Governing Law & Disputes

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including applicable PAGCOR regulations governing online gaming operations. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating formal dispute proceedings, players are encouraged to contact spinplay's support team directly to attempt informal resolution. spinplay will acknowledge formal written complaints within five (5) business days and will endeavour to resolve all disputes within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt.

Where a dispute relates to PAGCOR-regulated gaming operations, players may additionally escalate unresolved complaints to PAGCOR through the relevant regulatory complaint channel. spinplay cooperates fully with PAGCOR's dispute resolution processes.

14 Amendments

spinplay reserves the right to amend, update, or replace this Agreement at any time. Significant amendments will be communicated to registered players via email to the address registered on your spinplay account and/or via an in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before the amended terms take effect, except where immediate amendment is required by law or regulatory directive.

The current version of this Agreement is always accessible on this page, with the effective date displayed in the page header. Your continued use of the spinplay Platform after the stated effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement. If you do not accept an amendment, your sole remedy is to close your spinplay account before the amendment takes effect.
