Legal Agreement
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the spinplay Casino platform. By registering an account or accessing any spinplay service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms in full.

All financial transactions on the spinplay Platform are conducted in Philippine Pesos (PHP) unless explicitly stated otherwise in connection with specific cryptocurrency deposit methods. spinplay supports deposits via GCash, Maya (PayMaya), BPI bank transfer, BDO bank transfer, UnionBank InstaPay, 7-Eleven Cliqq, USDT TRC20, and Coins.ph. The minimum deposit on spinplay is PHP 100. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment channel and are subject to change without prior notice. spinplay does not accept deposits from third parties. Deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name and verified during the KYC process. Deposits originating from an unverified third-party payment method will be held pending investigation and may be refunded to the originating source, less any applicable bank charges.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, spinplay's total aggregate liability to you arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall be limited to the total value of the deposits you have made to your spinplay account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the liability.
spinplay shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the spinplay Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity, even if spinplay has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
spinplay does not warrant that the Platform will be continuously available, error-free, or that it will meet your specific requirements. Planned maintenance, unplanned outages, and third-party connectivity issues may affect Platform availability. spinplay will use commercially reasonable efforts to minimise downtime and will communicate planned maintenance windows in advance.
Nothing in this Agreement excludes or limits spinplay's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

Where spinplay closes your account due to a breach of this Agreement, any balance in your account at the time of closure may be withheld pending investigation and may ultimately be forfeited if the breach is confirmed. Where spinplay closes your account for reasons not constituting a breach by you, your available real-money balance will be returned to you via your verified withdrawal method within a reasonable timeframe.
You may close your spinplay account at any time by contacting our support team through the live chat function. Upon closure, any available real-money balance will be processed for withdrawal to your verified payment method. Pending withdrawal requests will be completed in accordance with standard processing timelines.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including applicable PAGCOR regulations governing online gaming operations. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines.

spinplay reserves the right to amend, update, or replace this Agreement at any time. Significant amendments will be communicated to registered players via email to the address registered on your spinplay account and/or via an in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before the amended terms take effect, except where immediate amendment is required by law or regulatory directive.
The current version of this Agreement is always accessible on this page, with the effective date displayed in the page header. Your continued use of the spinplay Platform after the stated effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement. If you do not accept an amendment, your sole remedy is to close your spinplay account before the amendment takes effect.
